Eminence has a large and complicated platform to support their e-commerce, content management and ERP infrastructure. Action was engaged to perform a full audit on the platform and make a series of recommendations on a go forward platform strategy to support the next 5-10 years of business growth. We started by reviewing all their relevant systems and collecting and prioritize requirements across all their business units. This information drove our search for the best possible new technologies to support their marketing and e-commerce business units. Many CMC and E-Com vendor platforms were evaluated and clear winners emerged. The results were collated and presented to Eminence in consolidated content management and e-commerce strategic recommendations.
