Retreats and Venues had one primary goal, to re-design their platform to compete with the best in the industry. Action worked with Retreats and Venues to re-think the entire platform and how users engage with the brand. From this we launched a refined user experience and a completely new UI Design focused on key information presentation, a streamlined booking flow, an updated administration feature set and flow for all operator user groups and prominent use of beautiful photography.
