L.A. Pacific is California’s most affordable online Christian university, making the dream of college a reality for more people. They are a mobile-first university specifically built for busy adults to be able to take courses and complete their coursework anywhere.
As the custom development arm of our close partner MediaAMP, the Action team collaborated with LAPU to completely re-design their online web presence. We started with a new taxonomy and site structure, worked our way through detailed wireframes, user interface designs, and then completed the large new Wordpress development build.
LAPU is built on Wordpress with a custom designed template. We pride ourselves in a long history of Wordpress expertise, and this large University site with constantly changing content is perfectly suited for the platform. Multiple templates were produced and re-used as building blocks for the many pages required, allowing for easy extensibility in the future.
